Why Are You Stuck: 5 Hidden Reasons You’re Ignoring
Sometimes the problem is not laziness and not a lack of ideas. I often see other reasons — quiet, but persistent.
1. Overloaded with options
When there are dozens of scenarios in front of you, the brain does not choose — it freezes.
I suggest to clients to limit the field: leave a maximum of 2–3 real steps for the upcoming week.
2. Other people's goal
The goal sounds nice, but it doesn't spark action.
I simply check: if I remove the expectations of others, will the desire to do this remain?
3. Lack of measurement
Without concrete criteria, it's hard to notice progress.
We fix the minimum: time, result, frequency. A feeling of movement appears.
4. Hidden fear of losses
Any change takes something away.
I ask a direct question: “What will you lose if it works?” Answers often hold back more than the fear of failure.
5. Opaque first step
When the beginning is vague, there is no launch.
We break it down to the level: open a document, write 3 lines, call one person.
